The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking and having meals. It is equipped with an electric ceramic glass hob with 3 burners, a small traditional oven, a toaster and an electric American coffee maker, as well as a traditional Italian moka coffee maker a d electric kettle.

Ginestra is composed as follows: Living-dining room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, wc with window.

The living room is very large and there are two sofas here, one of which is a comfortable sofa-bed.
